Founder and Principal Consultant
I’ve spent more than 16 years in HR and organizational leadership, but I’ve never believed HR is just about policies, processes, or checking boxes. It’s about people—and people are what make a business work.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to sit at the leadership table and help organizations navigate some of their most important moments: growing and changing, developing leaders, strengthening culture, building teams, navigating difficult employee situations, integrating organizations, and figuring out how to bring the people side of the business forward alongside the business itself. Most recently, I served as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President for a multi-state healthcare organization, where I learned firsthand that the best people strategies are the ones that actually work in the real world.
I bring that same perspective to BeCo. I’m strategic, but I’m also practical. I can help you think about the big picture, but I’m just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves and helping you solve the thing that is keeping you up at night. Maybe you need to build an HR foundation. Maybe your leaders need to get better at leading people. Maybe you're dealing with a difficult employee situation. Maybe your organization has grown faster than your people practices have. Or maybe you simply need someone experienced in your corner who can look at the situation objectively and help you figure out what comes next.
